Palm Beach Seafood 棕櫚灘海鮮 @ One Fullerton, Singapore

We usually avoid restaurants at main attraction points but we have been told that this place is good though price on the higher end.  It turned out that food was good, location excellent – this will be one of the place we can take visitors to.

Deep fried yo tau with fish paste – almost all seafood restaurants have this dish but in my opinion, this was the best out of all the ones I have had.

Asiatique @ Bangkok, Thailand

Getting to Asiatique from Anantara is just a 10-min boat ride.  This turned out to be very convenient for our stay.  Lots of restaurant options and numerous small shops selling every kind of products.

Weather was great during our stay so it was lovely spending the evening there.

京懐石 美濃吉, Kyoto, Japan

Since I don’t know where we would be around dinner hours, I didn’t bother making restaurant reservations.  Restaurants at the department stores are usually a safe bet especially when with kids.

This restaurant is situated on the top floor of 0101 Kyoto.  Apart from Kaiseki sets, there are other dishes that the kids could have.

It was a delicious meal overall, generous portion as well.

Hung’s Delicacies 阿鴻小吃, HKIA Terminal 2, Hong Kong

I don’t prefer eating at restaurants in the airport because they are generally not that good.  And I have never been to Hung’s branch in North Point partly because I don’t like queuing. But I would say Hung’s at the airport is worth a try if you are looking for a good meal at the HK airport.
