2/3 Dolci @ Lee Gardens Two, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

A small cafe on the 1st floor of Lee Gardens Two – only about 15 seats. Excellent place for a shopping tea break. They serve light salad and sandwiches, gelato, cakes, tea and coffee. Their coffee was good but I like the tea better. Very pretty cake and the ones we tried were not too sweet. We had guava gelato sundae and it was heavenly.

Guava gelato, guava jelly, guava fruit, meringue ….

Xin Dau Ji 新斗記 @ Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

This restaurant is most famous for their roasted suckling pig but we tried some of their other signature dishes instead…which were also delicious, a great meal overall. By the way, their dim sums are also good and has a wide variety.

Sauteed Goose Intestine in Soy Sause – cooked perfectly

Poach Clams in Broth – very fresh clams, my personal favourite …

Giant Razor Clams in Black Bean Sauce – very soft and freshIMG_1507

Deep-fried Pigeon – a bit dry

Steamed Sponge Cake

Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant 滬江飯店 @ Lee Theatre, Hong Kong

I have always liked this restaurant but their pricing is on the high side but this means you can walk-in and likely get a table.

Shiro @ Hysan Place, Hong Kong

A modern Japanese restaurant with conveyor belt sushi & no queuing (on a weekday)…menu has a wide selection but only tried their sushi and sashimi this time.  It was a nice change from the traditional sushi place.

Sushi Hiro @ Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

This is one of our favorite sushi place in HK. Best deal is to go for their lunch but usually hard to book. We did dinner this time, not a busy night…

My choice…
