Paris 2015 – Day 5

It was our last day in Paris and my shopping day! 🙂  No crazy shopping though, not much summer items and a lot of shops are on summer vacation.

Lunch at Fauchon cafe…never go shopping with hungry husband and kids.

It was so difficult to choose, everything looked both pretty and delicious!

IMG_3190 IMG_3191 IMG_3192 These were the only sweet pastries we had.  They were good and there were actually many different things to choose from.  However….IMG_3193

…the savoury ones were even more attractive!IMG_3196 IMG_3198 IMG_3199 IMG_3201

Some kids time at the end of the day…OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

2/3 Dolci @ Lee Gardens Two, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

A small cafe on the 1st floor of Lee Gardens Two – only about 15 seats. Excellent place for a shopping tea break. They serve light salad and sandwiches, gelato, cakes, tea and coffee. Their coffee was good but I like the tea better. Very pretty cake and the ones we tried were not too sweet. We had guava gelato sundae and it was heavenly.

Guava gelato, guava jelly, guava fruit, meringue ….
Mango dome cake
Pear mousse cake

Group Therapy @ Katong V, Singapore

So glad Group Therapy opened a branch near home and within walking distance…a place where I can get my coffee fix and feed my kids.DM5 001 DM5 003DM5 003 DM5 004DM5 007DM5 008IMG_5586IMG_5588IMG_5534

kith @ Quayside Isle, Sentosa, Singapore

First time at Quayside Isle, nice area but not easy to get to without a car..IMG_5484 IMG_5485

First time at kith cafe too, heard about their outlet in town but never been there..IMG_5491 IMG_5497IMG_5492 IMG_5493 IMG_5494 IMG_5495 IMG_5496

Eating around Shinjuku Tokyo

A collection of what we ate while we were in Shinjuku…

A ver nice bakery & cafe next to JR station south exit. It was so close to our hotel we ended up having breakfast here almost every day. One downside is their coffee isn’t strong enough for me.

Restaurants inside department stores offer a wide selection and usually they won’t go wrong…at least not for Isetan.

We chose an restaurant that specializes in unagi…while hubby chose the typical set, I had a more interesting one…
