Exploring Bangkok

Exploring the city of Bangkok by BTS or subway is an excellent option if you don’t like getting stuck in traffic and can bear with the heat outdoor.

Most buses in Bangkok are like this.  This one was parking on the road side and waiting for passengers. IMG_0579

Street food is everywhere.  IMG_0578 Grilled bananas.IMG_0581 IMG_0582 This is the food court area in Siam Paragon – very large area with a lot of different type of restaurants.  IMG_0586 We tried one of the Thai noodle place – good tender beef with noodleIMG_0587 Their tom yam soup with prawns was just mildly spicy – easy for tourists.IMG_0588 There are also stalls with local food.IMG_0590 IMG_0591 We also visited the Chatuchak Weekend Market – a lot of stalls along the way from the BTS station leading up to the marketIMG_0690 IMG_0691Inside Chatuchak Market – the place is huge!  They have everything you can think of!
