We choose the tasting menu – the portion was well balanced and of course delicious.  Price is considered reasonable among the fine dining restaurants in Singapore.  Wine pairing option available.IMG_9085

After dinner we got the chance to visit the kitchen and chatted with the chefs and was told that dishes are similar to their main restaurant in London but which an Asian touch.

Dining at Pollen also comes with complimentary access to the flower dome but unfortunately it was too late by the time we finished dinner.  However, their staff offered to give us access to the dome another day if we so wish.
