Dining at Restaurant Andre was an amazing experience. Every dish was beautiful, delicate & delicious.
we were told this is a signature dish – truffle & foie gras this is the only meat dish – i had rabbit and hubby had lamb tasted like cheese but it is not cheese…served with hay ice-cream birthday cake along with a music box …. playing happy birthday song is the most elegant way. we all thought this piece of cake was too delicious and too small! this was the last dessert…churros…i think it doesn’t quite match with the rest of the dishes
All the dishes (except the churros) are so complicated but yet the flavour of all ingredients remains very distinct. Throughout the meal, I felt very close to nature & the source of ingredients.
