Epicurious @ Robertson Quay, Singapore

We have been here once but at the time we didn’t know it is a very popular brunch place. Since we are in search for Sunday brunch places, here we are again….

We got here before noon and just when the breakfast crowd started to leave.

Friends? Enemies?

M: did you make any new friends at school?

F: yeah, X and Y…

M: are they new at the school?

F: no, X used to be our enemy in grade 1

M: oh, now he became your friend? Interesting how sometimes enemy becomes friends…

F: yeah, you know the best way to defeat your enemy is to make them your friend.

M: ……

Laduree

I love the many colors that macaroons come in but never really enjoy them because I always find them too sweet for me. But I have converted since I had a crunchy and nutty one at Waku Ghin (part of petite four)…

I decided to give Laduree a try after reading comments about it. Am glad that it turns out to be not too sweet for me as well. 🙂

Group Therapy @ Duxton Hill, Singapore

Our first time in Duxton Hill, nice little neighborhood inside CBD. Very quiet and relaxing on Sunday but I guess quite a happening place during the week.

Really like the ambiance at Group Therapy, casual and relaxing. they serve all day breakfast and also have a pretty wide menu. Best is they take reservation!
