串燒 is one of our favorites but don’t know good places in Singapore so I will usually go for it when I am in hk.
Food here is generally good but for us would be even better if they add a bit more salt during grilling.
Sea Urchin Tempura – I preferred them raw…
Bacon & Rice Cake
Pork & Lychee – one of their signature dish, quite good
Eel – got small bones
Octopus with Yuzu and Wasabi – interesting but we found that yuzu and wasabi don’t really match
Ippudo in Singapore is much more expensive than that in Hong Kong but the quality is much better…
There is always room for dessert!

OSULLOC – Tea from Jeju Island
We had a relaxing lunch at this western restaurant situated in an old Korean house.
Cannot miss out korean BBQ of course…Most BBQ restaurants only have beef, unlike what we usually get overseas.
The side dishes are usually interesting
this one in Itaewon has both premium pork and beef.
