“Crab Stick” Crackers


Our helper made these tasty crackers using Japanese frozen “crab stick” which I don’t think is made with real crab. They are very crunchy and actually taste like prawn crackers.

She put the sticks out to defrost and dry. Unfolded the layers of the crab stick and make into slices. Left them uncovered in the fridge over night to dry up. And then just deep fried without needing any seasoning.
